We just got our windshield for our jeep replaced on 7/2/26. Yesterday, the windshield cracked while driving to school. There were no cars around, absolutely nothing hit the windshield. A small crater appeared on the inside by the crack. It felt like a pressure crack. We called Safelite, they came in and assessed for warranty, they refused to cover, saying it was due to an impact. Not to mention, on 7/2 we paid $509 and we were now being charged $512 to replace. After speaking to a manager, we were given a $50 discount. Are you kidding me? Additionally, about a yr ago, my sister in law also had a bad experience with Safelite. Her jeep windshield was replaced, it wasn’t sealed right and when it rained, the water went in. Safelite did not want to cover until they were threatened to be sued. Eventally they fixed it and also had to fix the scrapes around the windshield from the previous worker. Although my sister had a bad experience, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Save yourself a headache, DO NOT use Safelite. We ended up going with another glass replacement company for half the price. Do your research and DO NOT use Safelite. - Unsatisfied Customer

I had a small chip in my windshield and Dennis from Safelite came out to take care of it — and wow, what a great experience from start to finish. He actually arrived early, which I really appreciated, and from the moment he got there he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What stood out most was how personable he was. We ended up having a great conversation about our childhoods, which made the whole visit feel so comfortable and easy. It’s rare to get that kind of genuine human connection during a service call. As for the work itself — absolutely flawless. The chip is completely gone and the windshield looks brand new. You’d never even know there was ever any damage. Dennis is the kind of technician who takes real pride in his craft, and it shows. The tech Seth was very awesome. He was friendly, informative and more importantly on time, fast and professional. This is the second time I use Safelite. They have come to my residence to fix the cracks on my windshield. I will continue to use them. Love the ease and convenience from start to finish. Plus it is covered by my insurance. Seth loves his job and it shows. Great customer service! He is a great asset to the company.

Issac was great! Was very knowledgeable, clean, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and safelite. They even recalibrated my windshield camera and I appreciate the warranty for both services.
